Revision Policy

30 Day Guarantee and Revision policy as of 11.06.2021.

Music.

Our company operates in a very subjective field - what can be great for one person, burns another person's ears.

At the end of the day, the outcome depends on the musician that picks your order and how they see and convert your name. Imagine a drawing - an artist draws a picture, first of all, based on how they see you.

We understand that sometimes you may have something specific in mind as well as expectations that we may not always meet. Thus, we offer one revision for free. We allow 30 days from the moment of receiving the files to ask for any changes. 

If you are not fully satisfied, please provide us as much details as possible and we will make sure we assign the right musician and make the right corrections. 

The details can include:

  • Different Mood
  • Tempo
  • Anything else you did not like, for example, the last chord.
  • Story behind this order so we can try to match a personality better. 
  • Some samples of what you are after. Please keep in mind that often samples provided take musicians and composers months or years to produce (especially famous ones); therefore we advise to set your expectations at a reasonable level. At the end of the day, we use the letters in your name to create a small melody, not the full on song. 

We do not provide refunds in the event of unsatisfied revised version.

Design.

Most of the photos we get are not the easiest to work with.

We try to make sure that we do not place notes/text on faces, do not crop photos, leave important elements. However, sometimes it is simply impossible. If you are not happy with the design and would like a revision, our designer team will assess if it is possible or not. Then the customer support team will get back to you with either a new design, or request a new photo.

Typos.

We are all humans and we all make mistakes.

We advise you to always check the names you provide. If you spotted a typo and received a digital file - no worries, we can fix it for you.

However, if you ordered a poster or canvas and unfortunately discovered a typo that was not our mistake, we will not be able to fix it for you free of charge. We will be able to provide a print with a discounted price to cover our own expenses associated with this revision.

Please keep in mind that typos often require a change in the melody, therefore it will be considered as one full revision.

Poster & Canvas Revisions.

Due to the nature of our product, it is harder to provide a revision for prints.

Each revision request is accessed individually and the decision made is based on the type of revision requested. Normally, it can be a mp3 replacement, poster replacement, new digital file or reprint. We will work together with you to find the best solution.

We allow 30 days from the moment of receiving the print to ask for any changes. 

To be safe, you can always email us and request a digital version prior to print. We allow 48 hours for approval/disapproval before sending to printer. It is your responsibility to check your inbox carefully including spam folder for emails from us or weTransfer that we use to share files.

We send files via WeTransfer to minimise the chance of our emails going to spam folders. Please keep an eye out for any emails from WeTransfer.
